In our endeavor to intervene to the challenges that farmers in Laikipia east consistency of Laikipia County face, we sought a partnership with Farm Concern International to apply the 'Commercial Village' model, a concept that has been implemented successfully in other parts of the country and Africa at large. In accordance with the implementation program of the commercial village concept, the following activities have undertaken place.

- Loan Application
- Transplanting Farmers
- Nursery preparations
- Seed distribution
